I felt at home here. The staff was super cute and shared cultural info about local festivals. My room was comfortable and spacious, with a lovely balcony. The location was fantastic, close to everything but quiet at night. I'd definitely stay again 😊

the atmosphere of the hotel is quiet. its rooms are double superior and decent sized with fans and balcony, as for instance for a very good stay.

The hotel is homely and clean with great food and nice staff. The setting is great and phenomenal, close to the local markets, old town, and the major temples or the daily Night Bazaar, charming area. Chiang Mai Old Town district is worth your attention. The small infinity pool helped cool off on hot days.

The upstairs area was consistently noisy during peak hours. I also encountered a few cockroaches in my room, quite off-putting.

The room was great-sized and reasonably priced and complete with a large comfortable bed and fans plus balcony. The breakfast was included and had variety of meals...

I stayed here for a new year and will choose it for sure next trip. Spent my time really good here, I liked the place. It was in a very central setting near everything I went to experience.

Awana House is perfectly situated close to the center and vibrant markets. The staff truly stood out-accommodating and incredibly kind. I booked a room with bunk beds, and it was both spacious and comfortable to return to after a day of exploring. The location is also great, nestled on a quieter street that adds to the relaxing atmosphere.

The spacious Superior Double Room was a refreshing retreat, complemented by the fridge stocked with delicious jams. The friendly staff made a huge difference, effortlessly handling my requests, including arranging a fantastic nearby vegetarian restaurant. I did encounter some unwelcome guests, like a couple of cockroaches, surprising. The shower pressure was inconsistent at times, and the upstairs area could be a bit noisy during peak hours due to other guests.

Stayed for 4 nights. Everything was fantastic at this place! From the fine rooftop views to the friendly staff, it. I loved the pool area and how close it was to great restaurants and shops.

The staff were friendly and really helpful when I needed info on local trips. The location had nearby food options and it was close enough to everything but still so peaceful at night.

It wasn't cheap but it's reasonable for the quality.
